Two 24V motors and a gear drive give the Ashford e-Carder 30 strength, while the acrylic safety covers over the drums and the drive belts allow for safe use.

72 teeth per inch cloth on the main drum and 36 teeth per inch on the feed-in-drum helps to keep the feed-in-drum clean.

Even when in reverse, the Ashford e-carder 30 allows for safety when rotating at only 10% of speed.

This Ashford e-carder 30 makes a large fiber batt up to 4 3/4oz and allows you to remove the carding drum if you need to clean the bearings.
