Schacht Bobbin Winders
Bobbin winder Schacht offers several styles of winders: manual and electric, single ended and double ended. The Schacht single ended bobbin winder has a tapered shaft that will accommodate bobbins up to six inches long. It is available with our manual bobbin winder only. The Schacht double ended winders can be used for longer bobbins, pirns, and spools. They are available both in electric and manual models. Both Schacht bobbin winders, double-ended manual and electric winders are available with special tips for winding lace bobbins. Conversion kits are available.

Harrisville Warping Board

Harrisville warping board The Harrisville Design 12 Yard Warping Board, made of solid hardwood, holds a full 12 yard warp and can accommodate two crosses. Each hardwood 3/4" peg is counter plugged and glued to insure maximum stability and the corners are fitted together with double overlapping dado joints. It is easily disassembled, with the use of corner wing nuts, for more convenient storage when not in use. Shipped as a complete kit with easy assembly instructions. Light sanding and oiling are required. Sand paper & oil are provided.

The Ashford Warping Mill

Warping Mills are ideal for long warps. Instead of going back and forth with your arm to measure threads like on a warping board, the warping mill goes around and around which is quicker and less tiring. Schacht warping mills come in two models: the vertical warping mill sits on a table, and the horizontal warping mill which may be used either on a table or on the floor. Both mills have a two yard circumference, will hold up to 18 yards of warp, and can be folded up for storage.

Louet Warping Reel

Foldable warping reel and yarn blocker in one. Warping reel has the circumference of 59" and a base length of 33". The maximum length of warp you can make depends on the yarn and the number of threads used. The smaller the bundle of threads the closer you can guide the windings to each other, the more rotations you can make. Six dowels can be mounted at either reel end, allowing for a warp cross.

Harrisville Warping Mill

Harrisville Loom Bench

Functional and beautiful, Harrisville loom benches are a sturdy design and are made of solid maple. They feature a tool box below the seat for convenient storage of weaving supplies. The seat height is adjusted easily by changing the position of the seat braces. A unique feature of the Harrisville benches is that you can set them either to remain steady or to rock slightly as you weave. Most people find that the rocking motion adds comfort and lessens back fatigue.
